    岗位职责:
    支持意法半导体全球范围内,对产品在可靠性认证、量产过程及客户退货等环节发生的失效进行根因分析与问题解决。
    To support ST globally in identifying the root causes of failures during qualification, production, customer returns, related activities.
    1. 与研发、设计团队及各事业部(DIV)以及全球实验室协作,在产品资格认证阶段开展问题分析与解决,并对客户投诉进行深度根因分析。
    Work with R&D, designers, different divisions (DIVs), global laboratories to perform problem solving during qualification to deep‑dive the root causes of customer complaints.
    2. 为客户服务团队提供失效分析支持,满足周转时间(CT)要求,识别并确认失效模式,特别是针对 SiC 产品。
    Perform failure analysis (FA) to support customer service, meeting cycle time (CT) requirements identifying failure modes, especially fSiC products.
    3. 针对新材料、新产品及前端工艺(FE technology),开发和验证新的分析方法。
    Develop validate new analysis methods fnew materials, new products, front‑end technologies.
    4. 运用高级分析技术开展失效分析与材料表征,例如热成像、EMMI/OBIRCH、FIB、FTIR、3D X‑ray、等离子刻蚀等。
    Use advanced analytical techniques such as thermal mapping, EMMI/OBIRCH, FIB, FTIR, 3D X‑ray, plasma etch, others ffailure analysis material characterization.
    5. 执行各类常规分析与检查,包括化学分析、外观/目检、X‑ray、SAM 等。
    Execute various routine analyses including chemical analysis, visual inspection, X‑ray, SAM.
    6. 开展电性分析与物理分析,例如使用曲线追踪仪进行电参数分析、故障定位,以及采用 SEM、EDX 等工具进行物理失效分析。
    Perform electrical physical analysis, such as curve tracer measurements, fault localization, physical failure analysis using SEM, EDX, related techniques.
    任职要求:
    1. 电子、电气、物理、材料或相关专业背景。
    Background in electronics, electrical engineering, physical sciences, materials, related fields.
    2. 具备材料分析、电性分析、物理或化学分析相关经验。
    Experience in material analysis, electrical analysis, and/physical/chemical analysis.
    3. 熟悉分析仪器的使用,如 3D X‑ray、SEM/EDX、SAM、FIB、研磨抛光设备、等离子刻蚀设备、IC/ICP 等。
    Familiarity with analytical instruments such as 3D X‑ray, SEM/EDX, SAM, FIB, polisher, plasma etch tools, IC/ICP.
    4. 了解晶体形貌、电化学方法、化学表面与体相分析,以及材料表征方法(如硬度测试、DSC、TGA 等)。
    Knowledge of crystal morphology, electrochemical methods, chemical surface bulk analysis, material characterization methodologies (e.g. hardness testing, DSC, TGA, etc.).
    5. 具备跨部门、跨地域协作经验,能与全球团队(研发、事业部、实验室等)有效合作。
    Cross‑functional collaboration experience with global teams (R&D, divisions, labs, etc.).
    6. 具备良好的英文读写与沟通能力。
    Good commof English, both written spoken.
