Tingyi (Cayman Islands) Holding Corp. and its subsidiaries mainly produce and sell instant noodles, beverages, and convenience foods in China, and were listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 1996 (00322.HK). The Group began producing instant noodles in 1992 and expanded its business to convenience foods and beverages since 1996. As of fiscal year 2019, Tingyi's annual revenue reached RMB 61.98 billion, of which instant noodles generated revenue of RMB 25.3 billion, with a sales market share of 43.3%, firmly leading the industry; ready-to-drink tea (including milk tea) achieved a sales market share of 45.7%, ranking first; fruit juice, ready-to-drink coffee, and Pepsi carbonated beverages held market shares of 15.9%, 17.6%, and 32.9%, respectively, all ranking at the forefront.
