我司成立于1996年11月28日，注册资本1600万元人民币，是由日本山九株式会社等出资成立的外商合资企业。主要业务经营范围：仓储、普通货运、货物专用运输（集装箱、冷藏保鲜）、国际货物运输代理（不含国际快递业务）、货物报关代理服务、无船承运、联运、货物分流、流通加工、捆包、物流咨询及上述各项有关的配套服务（法律、法规禁止的不得经营，涉及许可证管理的按国家有关规定办理申请）。
我司现有人员500多名，自有车辆约120辆。我司分别在成都、南沙、天河、花都、顺德、深圳、厦门、长沙、中山等地设立分公司，已形成了强大的物流网络，实力雄厚。主要客户：花王、东陶、广州电装、丰田通商、日产通商、八千代、住友橡胶、日东电工、本田贸易、佛山明宝等。
