The company is a comprehensive large-scale engineering construction consulting service enterprise integrating supervision, bidding agency, and scientific and technological consulting. It holds Grade A qualifications for construction supervision issued by the Ministry of Construction, Grade A qualifications for transportation supervision issued by the Ministry of Transport, Grade A qualifications for bidding agency issued by the Ministry of Construction, Grade A qualifications for equipment supervision in Shanghai, and Shanghai scientific and technological consulting qualifications. The company was established on June 18, 1992, as a joint venture between Shanghai Jiao Tong University and China Foreign Construction Corporation under the Ministry of Construction, with a registered capital of 5 million RMB. It currently has nearly 996 supervision, bidding agency, and cost consulting personnel, including over 110 with senior professional titles and over 130 with intermediate professional titles.
