工作内容
1.构建搜索NLP，包括query分析、语言模型、文本深度匹配等技术和服务
2.负责垂直领域(数字政务)多模态大模型和AIGC(生图、生文)相关算法研发，推动以数字化和生成式为核心的新品研发产业模式，帮助行业创造新的增长点
任职要求：
1、计算机、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历
2、在大模型/多模态/CV/NLP等任一领域有3年以上工作或研究经验，熟练运用主流机器学习框架 (PyTorchTensorFlow等)
3、熟练学握业界主流大语言模型(GPT、ChatGLM、LLaMA等)的算法原理，SFT、RLHF等训练方式和LangChain等应用范式;
4、逻辑思路清晰，工作规范，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
5、对政务行业有思考及工作经验的同学优先。
