The company was established in July 1999 as a service enterprise jointly invested by Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and domestic parties, with a registered capital of 3 million RMB. It holds a Grade III property management qualification and is a member unit of the Shenzhen Property Management Association and a member unit of Les Clefs d'Or International Alliance.
The company currently has 2 branch companies and manages more than ten projects. The headquarters has functional management departments including the General Property Manager's Office, Finance Department, Administration and Human Resources Department, Quality Department, Concierge Department, Engineering Department, and Security Department. The company currently has a staffing of 580 people, with more than 50 engineering and technical personnel on duty. All property management personnel hold certificates for their positions.
The current management area reaches one million square meters, covering diverse property types including high-rise office buildings, high-end shopping malls, international apartments, international clubs, airport aviation buildings, etc.
