Zhongshan Securities has a wholly-owned private equity investment fund subsidiary, Shenzhen Jinhong Hefu Investment Management Co., Ltd., and a wholly-owned alternative investment subsidiary, Shenzhen Jinhong Shaohui Investment Co., Ltd.; and a controlled subsidiary, Shanghai Mainland Futures Co., Ltd.
