It serves the automotive and home appliance sectors, specializing in the production of various rubber components, with over a thousand products. The company maintains an annual R&D and production of over 100 new products and is recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, certified with IATF16949 and ISO14001. II. Talent Development Mechanism
1. [Bring In] In January 2017, the company introduced Toyota's TPS production system and specially invited Toyota experts, Mr. Murakami and Mr. Kondo, to provide ZPS guidance training.
2. [Bring In] Teachers from Xuzhou Industrial Vocational and Technical College, known as the "Whampoa Military Academy" for China's rubber industry talent cultivation, are invited to provide full-time off-the-job training on rubber technology and testing techniques.
3. [Send Out] Since 2016, the company has sent 6 batches of employees (24 people) to Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan, the headquarters of TPS, for on-site observation and learning.
