Shanghai Nissei Well Commercial Print Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Nissei Well), a Sino-British joint venture, was formerly known as Shanghai SOPEC Commercial Print Co., Ltd., a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture. Established in 1986, it was one of the first 199 joint ventures after Shanghai's reform and opening up. In 1992, it was renamed Shanghai Nissei Well Commercial Print Co., Ltd. The company possesses advanced printing equipment including Komori five-color presses, Heidelberg four-color presses, OCE digital presses, automatic die-cutting machines, automatic proofing machines, and filmless plate-making systems. Nissei Well specializes in commercial quick printing, packaging printing, label printing, variable data printing, anti-counterfeit printing, and personalized specialty printing.

Nissei Well is empowered by the latest technologies and equipments, such as Komori 5C Lithrone Press, Heidelberg Speedmaster Press, 6C UV Roll-to-Roll Printer, Océ Digital Printer, automatic die-cutter, X-Rite Photometry, EFI Color Management System Screen pre-press operating system and other state-of-the-art auxiliaries.
Nissei Well has earned its reputation by being a customer-oriented organization that offers a wide range of services including JIT printing, packaging solutions, smart labels, variable data printing, anti-counterfeit printing and on-demand customized printing.

In recent years, Nissei Well invests 2% of its sales revenue annually into R&D and training funds. It has independently developed a vertical operating ERP system and a B2B online ordering platform, enabling customers to enjoy overall solutions including design, proofing, production, distribution, and after-sales service within a minimum of 48 hours without leaving their premises.
