Shenzhen Caimei Printing Co., Ltd. was established on the basis of the former Shenzhen Futian District Caimei Printing Factory by adding shareholders and investment, and was renamed and newly incorporated in August 2001. The company is registered at Floors 1-3, Factory Building 2, Guangyayuan Village Industrial Zone, Bantian, Buji Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen. The legal representative is Mr. Zhang Mingyao. The company covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters, has more than 650 employees, and has invested RMB 100 million in fixed assets and equipment. Its main business includes the printing of publications, packaging and decorative printed materials, as well as the production of domestic print advertisements, import and export of goods, and import and export of technology.
Looking back from the present to the past, time has passed in the snap of a finger. Over the past few years, the company has carried out drastic reforms to the former Caimei Printing Factory. In terms of organization, it adjusted the company's organizational structure and introduced a group of elites in the printing industry with high salaries and an incentive system. In terms of equipment, the company eliminated a batch of second-hand production equipment and successively introduced four brand-new Japanese Komori half-size four-color presses, Beiren rotary presses, perfect binding lines, CTP machines, and a series of supporting production equipment. The factory area increased threefold. In terms of management, the company gradually issued management systems for each department and strengthened enforcement. The company has invested RMB 25 million to open a branch factory in Tangxia Town, Dongguan City, Dongguan Tongchangli Printing & Packaging Co., Ltd. It has a scale of about 250 people and mainly produces gift boxes and board books. It has one brand-new Komori printing press G40, one Heidelberg printing press CD-102 8+1, and complete post-press processing equipment.
