Chongqing Caixin Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Caixin Group) was founded in 1997. It is a large enterprise group primarily engaged in real estate, environmental protection, and finance, while also covering urban infrastructure investment and mineral resource development. The company is rooted in Chongqing, strategically positioned across China, and expanding overseas. Its business extends to first- and second-tier cities such as Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, and Zhengzhou, as well as overseas markets. It has established regional wholly-owned subsidiaries in Beijing, Chengdu, Zhengzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and Sydney.

Real Estate: As a real estate enterprise with national first-class development qualifications, it owns 11 holding subsidiaries. Among them, Caixin Development (000838) is an A-share listed company and has been rated as one of the top 50 real estate enterprises in Chongqing for five consecutive sessions (ranked 6th in 2015).

Environmental Protection: With Class A qualifications for environmental pollution treatment and operation, and general contracting qualifications for municipal public utility engineering, the company is one of the top ten environmental protection enterprises in Chongqing. It focuses on core areas such as urban solid waste, urban domestic sewage, industrial wastewater treatment and operation, and technology R&D services, having invested in and built nearly 30 environmental protection projects. In addition, the company has made breakthroughs in emerging environmental fields such as incineration power generation, heavy metal wastewater treatment, and electronic waste treatment.

Finance: The group has successively taken stakes in or invested in the establishment of financial enterprises including Sino-Singapore Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ancheng Property Insurance Co., Ltd., Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank, Shijiazhuang Rural Commercial Bank, Shanghai Hua'ao International Trust, Jiangbei Hengfeng Village Bank, Chongqing Jiangbei District Juxing Small Loan Co., Ltd., and Beijing Caixin Investment Company. It also holds a public fund license.

Infrastructure Investment: Caixin Group has established a specialized group company in response to the national "Belt and Road" initiative and the needs of infrastructure construction investment. The company is committed to becoming an "excellent infrastructure investment operator" with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. Main investment directions include: primary land consolidation, affordable housing projects, ecological resettlement projects, national targeted poverty alleviation projects; education, sports, culture, and other social undertakings; medical and elderly care service facilities; urban heating, gas, and heat supply projects; water conservancy projects (river and lake management, reservoirs, farmland water conservancy, etc.); municipal engineering (including parking lots, urban utility tunnels, roads, bridges, tunnels, parks, etc.); transportation projects such as highways (airports, ports and docks, expressways, etc.). Caixin Infrastructure Investment Group mainly participates in the investment, construction, and operation of infrastructure and public service projects. As of the end of 2016, the cumulative contracted amount reached RMB 16.3 billion, and the cumulative completed investment was RMB 10.6 billion.

Others: In addition to the above industries, Caixin Group has also made industrial layouts in mining, tourism, hotel management, property management, commercial management, and municipal infrastructure construction.
