Tianhai Automotive Electronics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianhai Group) is located in Hebi City, Henan Province, and is the largest connector research, production base and emerging automotive electronics R&D and production base in China. Currently, the total number of employees is nearly 10,000, with total assets of nearly 2 billion RMB. The company's products are distributed across domestic and international markets, with 18 branches and 16 sales offices throughout the country. It was successfully listed in Singapore in August 2007 and acquired the American company Kensa in February 2008, achieving transnational operations.

The Group primarily manufactures and operates automotive connectors, central electrical boxes, wire harnesses, wire harness special equipment, and automotive electronic products, covering 5 major categories with over 10,000 varieties. Customers are spread globally, including China, the United States, Italy, Australia, South Korea, Sweden, Japan, and other countries, with a market share exceeding 20%. Since 1979, the Group has developed connectors for motor vehicles, and in 1983 passed provincial technical appraisal, filling the gap in China's automotive and motor vehicle electrical connection technology.

Tianhai Group has been honored as Henan Province Excellent Private Enterprise, one of Henan Province's 50 High-growth High-tech Enterprises, Henan Province Key Export Enterprise, one of the 50 Large Enterprise Groups, one of the National Second-class Large Industrial Enterprises, and a backbone enterprise in China's auto parts industry. The THB trademark has been recognized as a China Famous Trademark and a Henan Province Famous Trademark. The Group has formulated and participated in the formulation of 10 national industrial standards, including QC/T 417, QC/T 420, and QC/T 707. In 2004, the Group passed the ISO/TS16949 quality system certification from TUV, and in 2006, it passed the ISO14000 environmental system certification.

The Group possesses a national CNAS-accredited key laboratory, a national-level technology center, a provincial-level automotive electrical engineering technology research center, and a provincial-level automotive electronics engineering technology research center. It has also established Tianhai Automotive Electrical Appliance Research Institute, which includes six R&D centers: Shanghai R&D Center, Connector, Wire Harness, Wire Harness Equipment, Automotive Electronics, and New Energy Vehicle Components. With strong technical and R&D capabilities, the Group has become a recognized leader in the domestic industry. It has been consecutively rated for four years as a 'Global Excellent Supplier' by General Motors, 'Excellent Supplier' by Chrysler, 'Best Supplier' by Behr Asia-Pacific, and 'Core Supplier' by Chery.

In 2013, the Group was approved to establish a postdoctoral research workstation and a training base for young and middle-aged talents.
