Shanghai Suzhen Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in December 2012 and registered in Zhuanghang Industrial Park, Fengxian District, Shanghai. It is an auto parts manufacturer integrating development, design, and sales.
The company is a first-tier supplier to Volkswagen. Its main products include automotive front and rear bumpers, front and rear hood hinges, door hinges, gearboxes, and front and rear automatic trunk lift mechanisms, among other series of parts. The company's main processing techniques include metal progressive die stamping, robotic welding, CNC machining, and riveting assembly.
Main production equipment: several 400-ton and 500-ton Jinfeng presses, a total of 40 Swiss-type lathes of various specifications, dozens of presses, one 630-ton Tianduan hydraulic press, dual-arm Motoman welding robots, dozens of vertical machining centers, dozens of turn-mill composite machining centers, and an automatic cleaning line.
Main testing equipment: two German Wenzel coordinate measuring machines, a German Spectrum spectrometer, tensile testing machines, cleanliness testers, projectors, roughness testers, microscopes, cutting machines, and other laboratory equipment.
The company has its own mold team capable of designing, manufacturing, assembling, and debugging metal progressive stamping dies. Designers mainly use CATIA/PROE/UG/CAD and other 3D and 2D design software. The main mold processing and manufacturing equipment includes machining centers, grinders, medium-speed wire-cut EDM machines, lathes, etc., totaling dozens of units.
