Ford Automotive Finance (China) Ltd (FAFC) is a successful automotive financial services company, expanding steadily since it began operations in 2005. FAFC is a subsidiary of Ford Motor Credit Company, one of the world’s largest automotive financial services companies, established in 1959. The financing operations are part of automotive industry leader and pioneer Ford Motor Company, which celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2003.
Ford Motor Credit Company was one of the first global auto finance companies to open a representative office in China in 1996. It provides financing in about 100 countries worldwide. Ford manufactures or distributes automobiles across six continents. Ford’s history in China can be traced to 1913, when its first Model T was imported and sold in Shanghai. It now has a number of subsidiaries and joint ventures in China. Ford is launching five new plants and introducing 15 new vehicles to China by 2015.
FAFC provides a range of quality finance products and services to Ford dealers and customers, supporting sales of Ford vehicles. FAFC offers retail and wholesale financing for customers and dealers nationwide.
