扬子石化－巴斯夫有限责任公司是中国石化和德国巴斯夫以50:50的股比出资设立的大型石油化工企业，总投资约29亿美元，占地220公顷。公司位于南京市化学工业园区内。
公司于2000年12月成立，2005年6月投入商业运营，现有员工1900多人。曾获选“南京市***雇主”、“投资江苏杰出贡献企业”。
2009年9月，公司启动对一体化石化基地进行扩能的二期项目建设，总投资约14亿美元，2012年1月投入商业运营。
近期，公司还通过增建一套丙烯酸装置及一套丙烯酸丁酯装置强化了丙烯酸价值链，连同新建的超吸水性树脂装置，三套装置已于2014年全部投入生产。另外，中国石化和巴斯夫正在考虑通过扩建现有环氧乙烷装置，并新建一套新戊二醇装置，进一步扩建扬子石化－巴斯夫有限责任公司。
