江阴福汇纺织有限公司是香港福田实业（集团）有限公司的全资子公司,位于江阴高新区肖山路9号，占地面积680多亩，已投资总额2亿多美元。目前，福田实业之*大股东为中国国资委下属中纺集团公司。福田实业是世界*大的圆筒针织布生产商之一，集团及其附属公司之主营业务为制造及销售针织成品布，并提供针织、染色、印花及布匹整理服务，销售胚纱、色纱。目前江阴福汇公司主要从事高档针织面料的生产，年销售超22亿元，其中70%出口，现配置各类员工3500多人。
