Beijing Chaoshifa Chain Co., Ltd. completed its shareholding system reform in October 1999, becoming the first chain company in Beijing to complete such a reform among state-owned enterprises. It is a nationally renowned supermarket chain enterprise and one of the top 100 chain enterprises in China. Operating under the "Chaoshifa" brand, the company primarily engages in retail and wholesale of fresh daily products, food, household items, and agency-brand commodities, featuring five business formats: comprehensive supermarkets, food supermarkets, lifestyle supermarkets, fresh supermarkets, and community supermarkets, as well as various operation models such as Chaoshifa Lawson convenience stores, community commercial e-centers, and 24-hour book bars.
The company has obtained dual certification of ISO9000 quality system (international and domestic) and occupational health and safety management system certification.
