Our founding team previously established the largest international game production company in China. Since its establishment in Shanghai in December 2004, Virtuos' production team has grown rapidly and healthily, and in January 2008, a branch was established in Chengdu, aiming to attract talents dedicated to developing next-generation video games to join and grow with Virtuos.
May 29, 2012 – Virtuos announced the establishment of its fourth production center in Xi'an, China. This expansion will bring more resources to Virtuos to meet the growing needs of client companies, while also approaching the milestone of 1000 employees. As outsourcing is becoming mainstream in the game industry, with larger-scale projects from the United States, Japan, South Korea, and China bringing more demand, this deployment is designed to ensure that the company can provide clients with services to create more content on more platforms.
The Virtuos Xi'an branch has begun operations and is currently training a team of CG artists to meet the quality standards of Virtuos' top-tier clients. This training is provided by experienced experts from the Virtuos Academy, which was founded in 2010 as a separate department of Virtuos, focusing on providing elite-standard digital entertainment training in China.
