东莞井上建上汽车部件有限公司成立于2005年1月，坐落于东莞市沙田镇穗丰年村，总占地面积为26，666平方米。于2015年8月由日本井上株式会社及宁波井上华翔汽车零部件有限公司共同重新出资合办，现有从业人数约400人，总投资额达1.02亿人民币。主要生产和销售汽车关键零部件（组合仪表）、汽车塑胶零配件、汽车塑胶注射模具、吹塑模具，汽车扶手、前/后头枕等海绵产品，并设立相应开发机构及对车用功能材料、复合材料和高分子材料应用技术的研究开发、设计，货物及技术的进出口，主要客户包括：丰田、日产、广汽、长安标致、东南汽车等。公司成立后，通过上下员工的共同努力，公司于2007年12月取得了ISO/TS16949质量体系认证，并于2008年12月通过了ISO14001：2004的环境体系认证。
