洛阳市*人民医院位于洛阳市瀍河回族区中州东路88号，是豫西地区具有百余年建院史的集医疗、康复、科研、教学、预防、保健为一体的综合性三级医院。其前身系美国1910年、意大利1911年在洛阳创办的“福音”、“圣心”两所教会医院，1951年两所教会医院被洛阳市人民政府接收后，合并成立洛阳市人民医院，是洛阳市*一家红十字医院，“一带一路医疗服务网络中心”医院、洛阳市康复医院、洛阳市眼科医院，也是北京安贞医院和西交大一附院的协作医院。
医院现有职工993人，其中中、高级职称420余人，博士、硕士等高层次人才80余人。医院开放床位650张，设置临床医技科室58个。其中眼科、耳鼻咽喉头颈外科、神经内科、肝胆外科、中医妇科等在洛阳乃至豫西地区享有盛誉。医院大型设备配置齐全，为患者准确、有效的诊疗提供可靠保障。
