浙江省建筑科学设计研究院有限公司位于杭州高新技术开发区内，创建于1955年，是一家省级综合研究开发单位，拥有一大批在建筑领域有一定影响力的中、高级人才，公司集科研、设计、监理、施工、生产、贸易于一体，是浙江省建筑行业各专业人才齐全，检测手段*完备的科研中心。下辖7家子公司，分别是浙江省建设工程质量检验站、浙江省建科院建筑设计院、浙江工程建设监理公司、浙江建筑特种技术工程公司、浙江建科新材料开发公司、浙江建科技贸公司、浙江建科建筑节能科技公司。浙江省建筑物安全鉴定中心、浙江省建筑节能中心、浙江省建设科技推广中心、《浙江建筑》杂志社、建设工程检测协会等设在我院。
