It has successfully launched single-chip CD player systems, DISCMAN systems, MP3/WMA digital audio decoding systems and products, single-chip VCD systems, etc., and will soon launch single-chip DVD systems and other digital audio/video products.
· Broad and diverse consumer integrated circuit products, as well as analog and digital mixed-signal IC products based on bipolar, BiCMOS, and BCD processes from the IC chip production line invested by Silan Microelectronics. These products include high-performance power management chips and white LED driver chips.
· Special semiconductor discrete devices based on the chip production line invested by Silan Microelectronics, such as switching diodes, Zener diodes, Schottky diodes, MOS power transistors, and other products.
Silan Microelectronics has established a certain scale of R&D capability within its system, including IC design R&D, chip manufacturing process R&D, and IC testing equipment R&D. In addition, Silan Microelectronics has built a professional IC chip and circuit testing factory.
