广东省脐带血造血干细胞库（简称：广东省脐血库）是通过美国血库协会AABB认证的专业机构，于1997年由广东省妇幼保健院和广州市天河诺亚生物工程有限公司联合设置，是广东省妇幼保健院的分支机构，拥有十多年运营脐血库的丰富经验。
广东省脐血库是省内合法运营的脐血库，严格依据《血站管理办法》等脐血相关的法律法规设立和运营，是国家卫计委批准设置、省卫计委监管并执业验收的特殊血站。
广东省脐血库是国家批准设立的7家脐血库之一，储存能力达150万份；业务范围覆盖广东省21个地级市，与全省200多家二级以上大型医院展开合作。目前，广东省脐血库库存量已达60万份，是亚洲较大的脐血库。
