Guangzhou Baiyunshan Jingxiutang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

"Jingxiutang" was founded in 1790 (the 55th year of the Qianlong reign of the Qing Dynasty). In 1956, it became a public-private joint venture as "Guangzhou Jingxiutang United Pharmaceutical Factory". In December 1992, it was restructured into a joint-stock company, becoming one of the first state-owned industrial enterprises in Guangzhou to undergo ownership reform. Its founder, Qian Shutian, was a descendant of Qian Liu, King of Wuyue. Based on Wang Yangming's "philosophy of the mind," Shutian Gong established the spiritual foundation of Jingxiutang: "dedication to precision and cultivation of integrity." For over two hundred years, Jingxiutang has adhered to its traditional business philosophy of "dedicated cultivation, widespread dispensing of effective medicines, and benefiting all living beings." It has been recognized as one of the first batch of "China Time-honored Brands" by the Ministry of Commerce, and is also a "Guangdong Time-honored Brand" and "Guangzhou Time-honored Brand." Today, Jingxiutang is one of the major proprietary Chinese medicine manufacturers under the Fortune Global 500 company Guangzhou Pharmaceutical Holdings Limited, with a long history of pharmaceutical manufacturing and an important component of Lingnan traditional Chinese medicine culture. In recent years, Jingxiutang has actively explored brand rejuvenation. Since 2019, it has become the official pharmaceutical supporter of the Guangzhou International Marathon, establishing a long-term strategic cooperation relationship with the event, continuously invigorating the brand with youthful energy.
