The headquarters is located in Kemulang Industrial Zone, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, which enjoys convenient transportation and beautiful scenery. The Guangsheng Highway and South China Trunk Line cross at the west side of the industrial zone.

Employee Benefits:
1. Basic salary = base pay + piecework/time-based pay + overproduction bonus + full attendance bonus, etc.

Employee Promotion to Boss System:

3. From January 1, 2012, introducing needed employees to the company: four introduced employees count as one year of seniority.
4. For every year of service, employees receive image props worth 5,000 yuan. If accumulated seniority does not cover the actual prop costs needed for business opening, the excess will be handled according to the company's current policies.
5. Employees starting a business enjoy the lowest supply discount within the company's allowed range.
6. Additional sales rebate rewards are provided based on seniority: for each year of seniority, rewards are 1% higher than regular customers in equal circumstances, up to a maximum of 6%.
