[Development History] Shenzhen Zhaowen Textile Garment Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. After years of steady development, it has grown from a small factory with dozens of people to a medium-sized enterprise with 1,500 people today. Its monthly output has also increased from less than 100,000 pieces to the current 800,000 pieces. Its main products have expanded from simple underwear knitting to various mid-to-high-end casual knitwear, fashion knitwear, children's knitwear, sports knitwear and other knitted products. It has become an excellent garment manufacturing enterprise in the industry, mainly producing various mid-to-high-end well-known brand knitted garments. At present, the company is a knitwear production base in Shenzhen. [Hardware Facilities] Since its establishment, the company has been committed to becoming an excellent garment manufacturer and has actively strengthened its own software and hardware capabilities. In recent years, the company has expanded several modern and standardized factory buildings and purchased a large number of advanced garment production equipment, providing a reliable guarantee for the high quality and high efficiency of our products from raw materials to finished products. The total factory area is 25,000 M2, including 2,000 M2 for the sample room, 2,000 M2 for the cutting workshop, 8,000 M2 for the sewing workshop, 3,000 M2 for the finishing workshop, 3,000 M2 for the warehouse, 2,000 M2 for the office building, and 5,000 M2 for the weaving workshop. There are more than 1,500 pieces of various knitting and sewing equipment, and a complete set of supporting production equipment such as fabric loosening machines, spreading machines, and pre-shrinking machines. In order to control product quality at the source, our company has its own supporting weaving factory, which is equipped with 15 knitting and weaving equipment mainly imported large circular knitting machines. In the cutting workshop, we have introduced advanced computerized cutting machines to ensure the quality of each cut piece. At the same time, our company is also constantly striving to improve its management level and humbly accepts factory audits commissioned by many well-known customers through third-party inspection agencies (such as ITS, CSCC, BV, VF). [Customer Resources] Since its establishment, the company has always adhered to a market-oriented and customer-centered development strategy, actively exploring high-quality customer resources at home and abroad. On the basis of successfully developing apparel markets in the Americas, Europe, Asia, Oceania, and Africa, it has established sincere cooperative partnerships with well-known brand retailers such as Jeanswest, Jisu, and Australia Jeanswest under Hong Kong Glorious Sun Group; WHITE HOUSE/BLACK MARKET, Chico's, Ann TAYLLOFT, CABI, and TABI under the American Wanda Group; TED BAKER of UK TDS; Wallis and L.K Bennett of UK Ronghui; and YU&YU, Karen Kane.Inc, and RENA under American YU&YU. While developing core customers, the company also extensively builds customer sources and actively participates in various professional exhibitions to obtain the latest industry development information, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustainable development. [Production Operations] The company's production system mainly consists of PMC, cutting workshop, sewing workshop, finishing workshop, and directly affiliated warehouses. At present, the sewing workshop has more than 600 sewing stations, mainly adopting a flexible assembly line operation mode, combined with single-piece flow and bundle flow production, ensuring a significant increase in output efficiency. Our company has been awarded the title of "Shenzhen Knitwear Production Base" by the Shenzhen Garment Industry Association. The company also has a complete quality control system, controlling and guaranteeing product quality through the quality management model of "production self-inspection, process mutual inspection, and QC patrol inspection." The company has also passed the ISO9001 quality system certification of the internationally renowned certification body SGS. In order to align with domestic and international markets, the company has continuously standardized and improved its internal management system and operation mode.
