Hubei Cancer Hospital

Hubei Cancer Hospital is a Grade 3A cancer specialty hospital directly under the Hubei Provincial Health Commission. Founded in 1973, it was formerly the Hubei Provincial Cancer Prevention and Research Laboratory. The hospital features precision cancer diagnosis and treatment, offering specialties such as radiation oncology, chemotherapy, head and neck surgery, and gynecologic oncology. It possesses advanced equipment including a proton therapy center (under construction) and a da Vinci surgical robot, and has rich experience in the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors such as lung cancer, liver cancer, and breast cancer. As the Hubei Provincial Cancer Center and Clinical Research Center for Cancer Prevention and Treatment, the hospital undertakes tasks such as cancer prevention and treatment public education, early cancer screening, and grassroots medical training across the province. It also collaborates with institutions such as Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wuhan University to conduct clinical research, promoting innovation in cancer prevention and treatment technology.
