Nanchang Jiangling Group Liancheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a Sino-foreign joint venture established in October 2005 by Jiangling Motors Group Corporation and Taiwan Liancheng Metal Manufacturing Factory Co., Ltd., the main supplier of Ford Global Purchasing System in Taiwan region.
The company currently has a registered capital of USD 7.6 million and a total investment of USD 15 million, of which Jiangling Group Corporation contributed USD 4 million, accounting for 52.63%; Taiwan Liancheng contributed USD 3.6 million, accounting for 47.37%. The company covers an area of 101,350.19 square meters, with a first-phase production workshop of 25,998 square meters. At present, there are 267 employees, including 47 management personnel, 26 technical personnel, and 194 production personnel; there are 84 various stamping and welding equipment; and a Liancheng Industry and Trade Company for design and processing trade is established to engage in diversified operations. Main customers include Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd., Jiangling Holdings Co., Ltd., Changfeng Motor Co., Ltd., etc.
