Chongqing Longhui Construction Co., Ltd. (formerly Fengcheng Construction and Installation) is a general contracting enterprise for construction engineering with independent legal personality. It was established on August 18, 1997, with registered capital of 100.08 million yuan. 
The company possesses qualifications including: general contracting for housing construction and municipal public works (Grade I), specialized contracting for earthwork engineering (Grade I), specialized contracting for building decoration and renovation, anti-corrosion and insulation, mechanical and electrical equipment installation, and petrochemical equipment and pipeline installation engineering (Grade II). It has two subsidiary mechanical equipment processing plants, whose main products include: processing of various non-standard parts, vessels, steel structures, etc.; precision machining of various types of flanges, steel (flexible) casings, gears, sprockets, rollers, electrostatic precipitator parts, carbon rod scrapers and other components; and oil pumps, boosters and other parts supporting Dongfeng Automotive Brake Parts Co., Ltd. 
The company is strong in strength and has now become a comprehensive enterprise with diversified operations, possessing an experienced and enterprising elite team and a large number of professional technical management talents. The enterprise has established a complete quality assurance and safety assurance system, and successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 international standard quality management system certification on May 1, 2005. It currently has more than 300 regular employees, including 8 senior engineers and more than 150 professional management and technical personnel of various types. The company owns more than 40 large and medium-sized mechanical equipment including tower cranes, excavators, bulldozers, loaders, road rollers, etc.; and more than 130 machines and tools including various CNC lathes, boring, planing, milling, drilling machines and various welding machines in its mechanical processing plants.
