Guangdong Zhengyu Investment Group was founded in 1983 and registered in October 1999, with its predecessor being the First Branch of Guangdong Dianbai Erjian Engineering Co., Ltd. After more than two decades of development, it has evolved into a large private enterprise group with a business structure based on construction, led by real estate development, supported by property management services, landscaping, hydropower installation, municipal construction, and housing decoration, and incorporating cultural undertakings as a new growth point. The group includes 12 subsidiaries with independent legal personality, covering industries such as building installation, housing decoration, project investment, real estate development, property management services, landscaping, construction labor subcontracting, and corporate management consulting.
Real Estate Segment: It successfully developed the "Peace Home" and "Peace Business Center" projects in collaboration with industry peers. The solely developed "Baiyun Shangcheng Garden" is located at the foot of Baiyun Mountain, north of the International Conference Center, a 5-minute drive from Wanda Mall, and only 5 meters from Jiangxia Station on Metro Line 2. It is one of the rare ecological residential developments in Guangzhou urban area, covering 200 mu with a low plot ratio, offering 280,000 square meters of ultra-wide building spacing and expansive landscaped views. The 5,000-mu natural ecological park project in Gaoyao, Zhaoqing, has entered the initial development stage.
Construction Segment: Hengyu Construction Company is a first-class construction enterprise approved by the Ministry of Construction for civil engineering, hydropower installation, and municipal construction. It has undertaken over 110 projects of various types, with total construction area exceeding 5 million square meters. Among its completed projects, 23 have won provincial and municipal quality model awards and the "Wuyang Cup" award, including the Shunde Vanke Real Estate Construction Project, which won the Zhan Tianyou Engineering Award. Landmark projects in Guangzhou include "Golden Bay" (42 stories), "Tianyu Garden" (33 stories), "Haiqin Bay" (32 stories), and "Wuyang New City Plaza" (32 stories), totaling 11 items. It has also undertaken large real estate projects such as "Vanke Seasons Garden" in Nanhai and "Guangzhou Agile Garden." Hengyu Construction has become a long-term partner of real estate giants like Vanke and Poly. Currently, Vanke and Poly projects under construction by Hengyu are distributed across economically developed Pearl River Delta regions including Guangzhou, Foshan, Nanhai, Shunde, Zhongshan, and Zhuhai.
Cultural Segment: In 2001, Guangzhou Hanyu Cultural Undertaking Co., Ltd. was registered. It invested over 5 million yuan to co-produce with CCTV the 10-episode cultural TV series "Lingnan," comprehensively introducing the origin and development of Lingnan culture. It also produced the educational film "For the Tomorrow of the Village," which attracted significant social attention. By introducing copyrights of works by international design masters, it published 10 volumes of "China Real Estate Advertising Yearbook 2003" and "Design Life." In cooperation with Southern Daily, it successfully launched the first authoritative orchid monthly magazine in China, "Orchid Book." Currently, it is pivoting toward film and television production and distance education for prestigious secondary schools.
Zhengyu Group has smoothly achieved the goals of its "1991-2011 Strategic Development Plan" and is planning ambitious goals for the next decade: achieving net assets of 10 billion yuan and a successful listing.
