Wuhan Qiaoya Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001. After nearly 14 years of development, it has now formed a Sino-British joint venture group with elderly care as its core, integrating elderly real estate development, elderly investment and wealth management, elderly apartments, elderly rehabilitation hospitals, tourism real estate, and an electronic network for elderly goods and services. The group has several controlled subsidiaries, including Wuhan Qiaosheng Real Estate Co., Ltd., Qiaoya Yileyuan Management Co., Ltd., Qiaoya Broadway Information Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Qiaoya Information Company, Jinan Qiaoya Yiyangtang, and Qiaoya Yileyuan United Investment Co., Ltd., with total assets exceeding RMB 250 million.
The company currently has nearly 800 employees, about 60% of whom have a college degree or above, and 20 have master's or doctoral degrees.
