营口佳孚石油化工有限公司是由辽宁省发展和改革委员会批准立项，是营口市政府积极引进的外资项目，成立于2004年4月，公司所有制性质为中外合资企业，注册资本为9000万元人民币，按设计要求目前已建成投产100万吨/年减压蒸馏装置和80万吨/年延迟焦化装置及相配套的油品储运、水、电、汽、风系统工程。公司以混合重油为原料，生产重交沥青及汽油组分、柴油、液化气、船用燃料油、石油焦等产品。公司位于营口市高新技术开发区，一期占地面积为80万平方米，距营口老港6公里，距营口鲅鱼圈新港40公里，具有陆海运输便利条件，为今后公司发展创造了良好基础。
