Yuanda Commercial Group is a commercial operation platform with a unique business logic and operation model. The Qunli Store of Yuanda Shopping Center grandly opened on September 29, 2014, with a business area of approximately 55,000 square meters. It is a fashion department store positioned as stylish, quality, comfortable, and life-oriented, meeting the daily quality living needs of mid-to-high-end customer groups. It adopts a multi-format combination, inheriting Yuanda's quality in category planning, product structure, shopping environment, and service standards. Focusing on differentiated scenario creation, it offers customers diverse lifestyles and shopping experiences.
The Haikou Store of Yuanda Shopping Center grandly opened on December 24, 2016, with a business area of 75,000 square meters. Located on the west coast of Haikou, adjacent to the Haikou Municipal Government and Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center, the project targets young family customer groups and is positioned as a comprehensive shopping center integrating shopping, parent-child activities, dining, and entertainment experiences. The design style incorporates landmarks and design elements from multiple world-renowned fashion cities, making every corner showcase the designers' brilliant and creative ideas.
The Chengdu Store of Yuanda Shopping Center is the first shopping center that Yuanda Commercial Group has deployed in the Southwest China market. Building A opened on December 19, 2020, and Building B opened on December 26, 2021, with a total commercial building area of approximately 133,000 square meters. The project is positioned as a regional comprehensive shopping center that emphasizes fashion trends, strong experiences, and social interaction, aiming to gather youthful lifestyles in the southern part of Chengdu, contribute to new life in the south, create a new landmark for Chengdu, and add a note to the "city's youthful vitality."
The Changchun Store of Yuanda Shopping Center opened on December 22, 2023, with a commercial building area of approximately 160,000 square meters. It strives to become Changchun's full-format shopping center with "scenes, rich life, and strong experiences." The Changchun store is the first shopping center opened by Yuanda Commercial Group after focusing strategic attention on the Northeast again. It is located in the middle of the golden belt of the new southern city in Nanguan District, Changchun, seamlessly connected to Metro Line 6.
