任职要求：
一、技术能力：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，3年以上Java全栈开发经验。
2、精通Java及SpringBoot框架，熟悉MyBatis等主流技术栈。
3、熟练使用Vue2及相关生态（Vuex、Vue Router、Element UI等），了解前端工程化工具（Webpack/NPM）。
4、熟练掌握MySQL/SQLServer数据库开发，具备索引优化、事务管理及分库分表经验。
5、熟悉分布式系统设计（如缓存Redis、消息队列RabbitMQ/Kafka等）。
6、熟悉Git、Jenkins、Ide等工具的使用。
二、其他要求：
1、具备良好的编码规范意识，熟悉设计模式和代码重构方法。
2、较强的逻辑分析能力和问题解决能力，能独立承担模块开发。
3、良好的团队协作和沟通能力，有跨部门项目经验者优先。
三加分项：
1、有微服务架构或高并发系统开发经验。
2、了解TypeScript或Vue3技术栈。
3、熟悉Linux服务器部署及维护。
4、有人力资源系统开发经验。
