Changjiang Technology College was founded in February 1992 and is a private higher education institution approved and registered by the Hubei Provincial Department of Education. The college adheres to a schooling model that combines academic education with skills training, links associate degree education with bachelor's degree education, operates both full-time and correspondence programs, and runs both on-campus and off-campus sites.
