R&F Properties (listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, stock code: 2777) was founded in 1994 with a registered capital of RMB 760 million. Integrating real estate design, development, engineering supervision, sales, property management, and real estate agency services, the company holds the national construction authority's Grade I development qualification, Grade A design qualification, Grade A engineering supervision qualification, Grade I property management qualification, and Grade I real estate agency qualification. Starting from its headquarters in Guangzhou, its business has expanded to core cities and regions such as Guangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Xi'an, Chongqing, Chengdu, Taiyuan, Shenyang, Nanjing, Harbin, Hainan, and Datong.
