Nanchang Water Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Nanchang Water") was founded in 1937 and owns a main-board listed company, Jiangxi Hongcheng Environment Co., Ltd. After more than 80 years of development, its business spans urban water supply, sewage treatment, solid waste disposal, clean energy, environmental governance, and other fields. The company currently has 10 water plants, nearly 8,000 kilometers of water supply pipelines, and a designed water supply capacity of 1.91 million tons per day; 109 sewage treatment plants with a daily treatment scale of nearly 4.204 million m³. In the solid waste disposal segment, the treatment capacity of urban solid waste (including domestic waste, kitchen waste, municipal sludge, leather waste, etc.) reaches 6,450 tons per day. In the clean energy segment, it mainly includes gas sales, photovoltaic power generation, and other businesses, covering the administrative area of Nanchang. In the environmental governance segment, it mainly includes the rainwater and sewage diversion improvement project in Nanchang, and the investment, construction, and operation of integrated sewage plant and network projects within the province. The company has formed an overall "5+X" industrial system, with more than 70 subsidiaries at all levels.
