China Electric (Shanghai) Solar Technology Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NASDAQ-listed China Electric (Nanjing) Photovoltaic Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ: CSUN). It was registered and established in Songjiang Industrial Zone in June 2007 with a registered capital of RMB 250 million. Currently, it has about 1,000 employees and a production capacity of 600MW.
The company's business scope includes: research and development, design, production and processing of solar cell modules, solar photovoltaic power generation systems and their supporting systems; operation and sales of the company's self-produced products; and provision of after-sales technical services; as well as import and export business of the above products.
