Guangzhou Aiji Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a wholly Japanese-owned enterprise invested by H-One Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 50.1 million US dollars. The company is located in Huaqiao Science and Technology Industrial Park, Huashan Town, Huadu District, Guangzhou, was established in December 2001, covers an area of 120,000 square meters, and started production in December 2002. It mainly produces chassis frame parts for Guangzhou Honda vehicles (Accord, Fit, Odyssey). Currently, it has over 1,000 employees, with an annual production capacity of 560,000 sets of automotive parts, making it the second largest supplier to Guangzhou Honda in China. The company implements an eight-hour, five-day work system, totaling 250 working days per year, and pays overtime strictly in accordance with the Labor Law. Bonuses are distributed in August for the first half and in February for the second half; shopping vouchers are issued on statutory holidays. The company values talent development, providing all employees with adequate training opportunities. The welfare system is comprehensive, with employees entitled to various statutory holidays as per national regulations, social insurance, medical insurance, and housing provident fund.
