Wuhan Xunhua Communication Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xunhua Communications) is located in the International Enterprise Center, No. 1 Special, Optics Valley Avenue, Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone, a National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. It is a communication service enterprise focusing on high-tech services, integrating communication equipment manufacturing and sales, communication equipment line construction and maintenance, information network system integration, intelligent building system integration, expressway electromechanical engineering, and technical services.
Founded in May 2005 with a registered capital of RMB 50 million, Xunhua Communications holds the "Communication User Pipeline Construction Enterprise Qualification" and "Communication Information Network System Integration Enterprise Qualification" issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, the "Safety Production Certificate" issued by China Association of Communications Enterprises, the "Safety Production License" and "Communication Engineering General Contracting Qualification" issued by the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Hubei Province, the "Security Engineering Enterprise Qualification" approved by China Security & Protection Industry Association, and the "Safety Production Standardization Enterprise" issued by the State Administration of Work Safety. It has also passed the ISO9001 Quality Management System, ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and GB/T28001-2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, and was awarded the "2013 Economic Contribution Award" by the Management Committee of Wuhan East Lake New Technology Development Zone. For consecutive years, it has been awarded honorary titles such as "Contract-honoring and Credit-worthy Enterprise," "Engineering Quality Trustworthy Unit," "Wuhan Credit Enterprise," and "AAAA Credit Enterprise." In February 2013, Mr. Li Kaihua, the General Manager of the company, was awarded the title of "Advanced Individual" in the construction of Phase I of Wuhan Rail Transit Line 2 by the Wuhan Municipal People's Government.

Since 2006, the company's market and customers have expanded to the relocation of communication facilities for subways and urban investment companies, expressway communication and monitoring, campus network construction in universities, intelligent building system integration, engineering and technical services, etc. In early 2007, the company established the market strategy of "rooted in Hubei, facing the whole country, going global." With a high-quality talent team and a customer-service-oriented management system, it has achieved good market expansion results, radiating to the neighboring provinces of Hubei and receiving praise and recognition from customers.
At present, the company has 7 functional departments and 9 professional project teams. It currently has 70 middle and senior engineering and technical personnel, nearly 280 frontline skilled workers, and has introduced and cultivated an experienced expert team composed of constructors, communication project engineers, certified public accountants, registered safety engineers, budget engineers, bidding experts, etc., forming a technical force system organically combining "old, middle-aged, and young" personnel. The company currently has more than 70 sets of advanced construction instruments and large-scale construction machines for various communication specialties, and more than 20 vehicles of various types.
