中科院南京地理与湖泊研究所湖泊环境遥感团队，主要从事湖泊水色遥感、湖泊水生态遥感、湖泊-流域相互作用遥感和全球变化区域湖泊响应遥感等4个方向的研究工作。目前主要工作人员有10余名，其中高级职称4名，含中科院海外特聘教授1名。湖泊环境遥感团队承担了国家863项目、国家科技支撑项目、国家基础性工作专项、国家重大专项（水专项）、国家自然科学基金、中科院方向性项目等课题10余项。出版专着2部，发表学术论文100余篇（其中SCI论文40余篇），软件着作权授权8项，获得江苏省科技进步二等奖2项，三等奖1项。
