The Testing Center of the National Radio Monitoring Center is an independent public institution under the National Radio Monitoring Center and the National Radio Spectrum Management Center. It aims to provide professional services in the radio technology field, including testing and certification, product development, scientific research standards, industry consulting, and government support, forming an integrated "five-in-one" service system. The Testing Center boasts a highly qualified professional technical team, precise and comprehensive instrumentation, and world-class testing capabilities. It has been recognized by the State Administration for Market Regulation as the "National Radio Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center," making it a leading quality inspection institution in China's radio testing and certification field. Currently, the Testing Center has a total operating area of 50,000 square meters, total assets of approximately 1.5 billion RMB, and employs over 400 staff at its headquarters and subsidiaries. It has established testing laboratories in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Changsha, Chengdu, and other cities, equipped with over 3,000 sets of various testing equipment. In recent years, the Testing Center has consistently focused on its core positioning of "supporting national radio management and serving industry and industrial development," strengthening its main business of testing and certification, continuously enhancing research and innovation capabilities, ensuring radio security for major events, and providing strong support for major national strategies and policy research in radio management, contributing significantly to the development of radio management and related industries. The Testing Center actively fulfills the core functions of national testing laboratories and assumes social responsibilities. It has completed radio security assurance for major events such as the Beijing Olympic Games, the 60th and 70th National Day military parades, the September 3rd military parade, the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China, the Beijing Winter Olympics, the Hangzhou Asian Games, and the Harbin Asian Winter Games. It has also carried out technical support work such as national CBTC subway interference testing and evaluation, and counterfeit base station identification, providing effective technical support for economic and social development and security. Leveraging its technological advantages as a national testing institution, the Testing Center has undertaken more than 40 major national scientific research projects in radio fields such as broadband mobile communications, wireless professional communications, short-range communications, wireless sensors, and BeiDou navigation. Its related research achievements have won 18 national and provincial/ministerial science and technology awards, applied for over 100 invention patents, and obtained 136 software copyrights. It has undertaken more than 100 standardization research tasks, completed 7 international standards, and published 162 national and industry standards. It promotes collaborative innovation between scientific research standards and product development, cultivating new growth areas such as measurement instrument development, testing system integration, industry informatization, and testing laboratory solutions. The Testing Center holds more than 30 governmental certifications and accreditations from countries and regions including EU CE and US FCC. Its test data is recognized by more than 180 countries and regions worldwide, and it has provided international certification testing services for over 500 enterprises and more than 7,000 model products, offering solid technical support for Chinese enterprises to go global.
