Changsha Tianxin District Datuo Yuanzheng Motor Vehicle Driver Training School

Changsha Tianxin District Datuo Yuanzheng Motor Vehicle Driver Training School was established in June 2000. It is a national standard comprehensive first-class driving school, a standing council member unit of the provincial and municipal driving associations, a designated examination site of the Changsha Traffic Police Detachment, and a designated institution for driving skills training for disabled persons in Changsha urban area. The school has over two hundred faculty and staff members and more than one hundred training vehicles. Over the years, with the care and support of party committees and governments at all levels, and under the guidance of leaders from the municipal and district Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus, the school has adhered to the educational philosophy of diligently cultivating talent for the country and cleanly teaching for the people. It has established an overall work approach with the party branch as the leader, party members as the backbone, striving for excellence as the driving force, and building a harmonious Yuanzheng as the goal. It strengthens internal qualities, builds external image, earnestly handles the three major matters of integrity, safety, and service, effectively fulfills the social responsibility of a skills training institution, continuously innovates, and pursues scientific development. The school actively carries out activities to strive for excellence, calling on all employees to "promote integrity, foster new trends, promote harmony, and journey together." It encourages and advocates that employees strive to be models of work, learning, unity, and becoming prosperous through diligence, jointly building and sharing harmony. It also strives to seek welfare for all employees, such as purchasing social insurance for employees, distributing daily welfare supplies, distributing integrity cigarettes or integrity bonuses, organizing employees and party members to carry out red tourism activities, conducting revolutionary tradition education, advocating that all employees care for society, cultivating good service awareness among employees, and striving to build the school's brand of quality service. Last year, the school invested over ten million yuan to upgrade and improve the Subject 1 and Subject 2 examination sites, becoming the first driving training institution in Changsha integrating driving skills training and examinations. In June 2010, based on its public commitment in 2006: "If you give us a pack of cigarettes, we will reward you with 5,000 yuan," the school once again publicly committed to society: "If you give us a pack of cigarettes, we will reward you with 10,000 yuan," insisting on holding high the banner of clean teaching and leading new industry trends. In 2007, the school was rated as a designated institution for labor employment and re-employment training in Changsha, and in 2010 won the bid to obtain the qualification as a designated skills training institution. Over the years, the school has trained land-lost farmers, laid-off workers, and extremely poor workers from all districts of Changsha, with an annual training volume of over two thousand people, implementing the party and government's beneficial policies to the vast disadvantaged groups and winning unanimous praise from society and numerous trainees. In 2008 and 2010, the school twice won the title of National Civilized, Honest, and Quality Service Driving School. It also won national, provincial, and municipal honors such as the Advanced Collective for "Supporting the Disabled and Assisting the Disabled" during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan of Hunan Province, Advanced Unit for Civilized Service and Honest Operation in the Provincial Driving Training Industry, Advanced Grassroots Party Branch of Changsha, Model Collective of Changsha, and ranked first in quality and credibility in the Changsha driving training industry for five consecutive years.
