Shanghai Guangyu Architectural Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 with a registered capital of 50.8 million yuan. It is now a Grade A enterprise in architectural decoration design and Grade I in construction, approved by the Ministry of Construction of the People's Republic of China, and has passed international certifications for quality, environmental protection, and occupational health. The company also holds Grade II qualifications in mechanical and electrical equipment installation, intelligent engineering, steel structure engineering, and building curtain wall engineering. The company has subsidiary branches in Shenzhen, Hainan, Hebei, Henan, Shaanxi, Zhoushan, Anji, and other places, as well as more than ten direct project departments, employing over 200 engineering and technical management personnel, most of whom have senior or intermediate professional titles and rich project management experience. The affiliated design institute has over 100 professional designers in architecture, interior, soft furnishing, mechanical and electrical fields. The company also has a construction labor force of over 2,000 skilled and experienced workers.
