Jiangxi Technology College of Industry and Commerce

Jiangxi Technology College of Industry and Commerce was established in 2009, approved by the Jiangxi Provincial People's Government in 2010, and registered with the Ministry of Education as a full-time regular institution of higher education. It recruits students nationwide and is included in the national unified enrollment plan for regular institutions of higher education.

The college is located in the Xiangtang International Land Port New City of Nanchang, the capital of Jiangxi Province. It currently covers an area of more than 1,000 mu, with 14,093 students, 696 full-time teachers, a building area of 404,100 square meters, teaching instruments and equipment worth 51.38 million yuan, 794,000 paper books, and 350,000 e-books. There are 60 laboratories for various specialties, 8 on-campus training centers, and 25 off-campus training bases. Through rapid development in recent years, the college's education and teaching quality and scientific research level have continuously improved. The number and structure of the teaching staff and the proportion of dual-qualified teachers have become increasingly reasonable, meeting the needs of training various applied and skilled talents.

The college has pioneered the Professional + Industry 321 entrepreneurial school-running model. 3 twos-in-one means the department and enterprise integrated into one, the course teacher and enterprise engineer integrated into one, and the internship student and enterprise employee integrated into one. It has embarked on a school-enterprise cooperation path of factories in the school and schools in the factory.

To adapt to the reform of vocational education and provide talent support for local economic and industrial development, the college is fully promoting school-enterprise cooperation and has signed cooperation school-running agreements with JD Logistics Group and Northern Automobile Education Group. Among them, it jointly built a logistics specialty group with JD, investing 10 million yuan in the construction of the specialty group, and an 800-square-meter on-campus training center is about to be completed. The automobile specialty jointly built with Northern Automobile Group has invested 5 million yuan to renovate the existing automobile training laboratories, and a 600-square-meter on-campus training center has been completed.

The college strives to build the JD Logistics Intelligent Supply Chain Industry College and the Northern Automobile College. Through professional and technical courses, it cultivates students' independent learning ability and acquisition of professional-related theoretical knowledge; through practical and scenario-based training courses, namely the internship production link, it cultivates students' hands-on ability. It has supplied a group of professional and high-level practical skilled talents in logistics, new media, and marketing (e-commerce) to the local area.
