Guangzhou Guangli Shipping Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangli Company") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd. The company was established in 1992 and is a limited liability company in nature. The company mainly engages in hull block manufacturing, ship piping systems, electrical equipment installation, and non-ship steel structure engineering production, with the capability to contract for whole-ship engineering. With the development of the ship market, the demand for ship technical talents has surged. In early 2006, the company expanded its labor dispatch services based on its original business, recruiting talents nationwide and building a highly professional skill talent team with a reasonable structure. Currently, the company has 4,237 employees, including 761 at its headquarters, 2,716 dispatched to Guangzhou Shipyard International departments, and 760 to CSSC Longxue Shipbuilding. Among them, there are 584 ship welders, 601 ship fitters, 288 ship crane operators, 485 ship pipe and copper workers, and 286 ship fitters. They are diligently working on the front line of production, contributing hard work and sweat to the shipbuilding cause.
