Beijing Zhongwaijian Architectural Design Co., Ltd. (BCCI) was established in 1992, formerly the Design Institute of China Foreign Construction Corporation. It holds a Grade A qualification in the construction industry (architectural engineering) issued by the competent department of housing and urban-rural development; a Grade A qualification for landscape architecture engineering design; a Grade A qualification for urban and rural planning; and a Grade B qualification for tourist scenic area planning issued by the national tourism competent department. The company now has 23 branches in Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Chongqing, Xiamen, Changsha, Nanjing, Hefei, Jinan, Chengdu, Kunming, Nanchang and other places.
