岗位职责：
1. 参与业务需求分析与技术方案设计，独立负责 PHP 后端模块开发、功能实现及单元测试；
2. 基于 Laravel/ThinkPHP 等框架进行接口开发，保障 API 性能与稳定性，适配前端及第三方系统对接；
3. 负责 MySQL 数据库的设计、优化（含 SQL 语句、索引），解决数据存储及查询效率问题；
4. 协助排查线上系统 Bug、性能瓶颈，参与迭代优化与技术债务清理；
5. 配合产品、前端及测试团队推进项目落地，同步技术进展与风险。
任职要求：
1. 3 年以上 PHP 开发经验，有过信息化系统开发经历优先；
2. 熟练使用 MySQL，具备数据库设计、查询优化能力，了解 Redis 等缓存技术优先；
3. 具备独立解决技术问题的能力，沟通顺畅，能清晰同步需求与开发进度。
