China Communications Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd. was founded in 1950 and registered in Wuhan, Hubei Province. It is now affiliated with China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. It is a productive service enterprise in the informatization field covering multiple sectors including communication construction, maintenance, channels, facility management, IT applications and operational support services.

Our bureau holds a full range of communication construction and maintenance qualifications, including Grade I General Contracting for Communication Engineering Construction, Grade A Communication Information Network System Integration Enterprise, Grade A Communication Network Outsourced Maintenance (line, base station, tower, installation and maintenance, comprehensive specialty), Grade I Professional Contracting for Electronic and Intelligent Engineering, and Foreign Engineering Contracting (overseas projects), as well as multi-field construction qualifications such as General Contracting for Building Engineering Construction, General Contracting for Electric Power Engineering Construction, Professional Contracting for Building Electromechanical Installation Engineering, Professional Contracting for Foundation Engineering, Professional Contracting for Steel Structure Engineering, License for Installation (Repair) of Electric Power Facilities, and Information System Integration and Services. We provide integrated communication engineering construction, electronic and intelligent engineering, smart city and industry informatization, network optimization and maintenance, computer system integration, channel services, building engineering construction, and supporting communication system construction for expressways, subways and light rails, among many other professional services for major telecom operators and government and enterprise clients from all sectors of society. Our enterprise was among the first communication construction enterprises in China to pass the GB/T 19001/ISO9001 Quality Management System, GB/T 24001/ISO14001 Environmental Management System, and GB/T 28001/OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certifications, and has obtained certificates from national certification bodies and UKAS (United Kingdom Accreditation Service).

Our bureau has achieved brilliant results in the field of communication construction. We have successively won the Silver Medal, the highest national quality award, the Luban Prize, the highest award in the construction industry, and dozens of other awards including ministry-level and bureau-level quality project awards.
