Chongqing Wuzhoulong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was established in June 2009 and is located in the core area of the Industrial Park in Hechuan District, Chongqing. The Company is a major project invested in Chongqing, Southwest China, by Shenzhen Wuzhoulong Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd. Its establishment in Hechuan District, Chongqing, is a new layout in the long-term strategic development of Shenzhen Wuzhoulong Group. This project is one of Chongqing's key industrial projects in 2010.



Headquarters background: Since 2001, Shenzhen Wuzhoulong Group has invested 200 million yuan in the specialized research and development of hybrid buses. In 2003, the Company's hybrid project was included in Shenzhen's major construction project plan. In 2004, it received support from the Innovation Fund of the Ministry of Science and Technology. In 2005, the industrialization of hybrid vehicles was recognized as a high-tech project. In November 2005, the Company's hybrid bus project was incorporated into the National "863" High-Tech Program, with the main focus on producing a new technological product that combines environmental friendliness and economy—hybrid environmentally friendly buses. In July 2004, this product passed the new product technical appraisal organized by the Guangdong Provincial Economic and Trade Commission and the Guangdong Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The vehicle's performance reached * level, with energy savings of over 25%, meeting Euro III or higher emission standards.

The Company's hybrid bus project is a key science and technology project promoted by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It has won the "China * Best Environmental Bus Award" and the "China New Energy Bus Award." In November 2005, it was jointly awarded the "China Top Ten Technological Innovation Energy Enterprises" and "Energy Saving and Emission Reduction Leading Product" awards by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Science and Technology. In December 2006, it won the "China Automobile Independent Innovation Achievement Award." In March 2007, it received the "BAAV Annual * Best Bus Award" issued by the Yangjie Bus Alliance in Shanghai. In April 2007, it participated in the 3rd China International Bus Competition in Beijing and won the "CABC New Energy Bus Award." In March 2008, it won the "2008 China Green Bus Award" and the "CBC New Energy Bus Award." In January 2009, the "Wuzhoulong" brand was rated as a famous brand by Shenzhen. In December 2009, it received two honorary awards at CCTV: the "China New Energy Bus Award" and the "Hybrid Bus Original Innovation Award." In September 2009, it was jointly approved by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the Science and Technology Bureau as a demonstration operating model for Shenzhen, with the first batch of 4,000 clean energy buses produced by Shenzhen Wuzhoulong put into operation as demonstration buses in Shenzhen.

The hybrid bus project developed by the Company has obtained more than a dozen patents. At the end of 2005, Wuzhoulong hybrid buses were exported to Macao, creating a precedent for the export of domestic hybrid buses. In early 2006, Wuzhoulong hybrid buses passed the type certification (type test) designated by the state and fully met the technical requirements of the announcement. In March 2006, the Company signed an agreement with a listed company in the United States, and Wuzhoulong hybrid buses began to be sold to the United States and gradually promoted in Mexico, Peru, India, Ecuador, and other places. In 2009, the Company successively invested in and built new energy bus projects in Chongqing and Shenyang, establishing Chongqing Wuzhoulong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd. and Shenyang Wuzhoulong New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd.

Chongqing project: The total investment of the project is 1.6 billion yuan, covering an area of 750 mu, and is divided into three phases. The * phase involves renting the Hechuan District Industrial Park as a transitional factory, which was officially put into production at the end of 2009 with an annual capacity of 1,000 vehicles. The second phase involves acquiring 500 mu of land and building a modern factory of 120,000 square meters, using the world's * advanced assembly line production line. Infrastructure construction is currently underway, and the main factory is expected to be completed by the end of 2010, after which the annual output will reach 5,000 vehicles. The third phase is planned to cover 250 mu, bringing the annual capacity to 10,000 vehicles. After the completion of all three phases, Wuzhoulong will become one of China's * largest new energy bus manufacturing bases.



Product advantages: The Company's hybrid buses are mainly divided into two types: 1. New energy buses: gas-electric and diesel-electric hybrid public buses and pure electric public buses; 2. Clean fuel buses: natural gas and diesel-fueled buses for public transport, highway, and tourism. Hybrid buses have six major technical features: first, fully automatic transmission, making driving simple and easy and riding smooth and comfortable; second, pure electric starting, with low noise, low emissions, environmental protection, and energy saving; third, adopting patented synchronous control clutch technology, extending clutch life by more than 5 times; fourth, automatically monitoring energy storage status, with automatic driving recharging and PLUG-IN off-peak charging; fifth, saving more than 25% fuel compared with similar vehicles; sixth, equipped with energy motors, continuously variable transmission clutches, and electronic information intelligent control systems, with independent intellectual property rights. The product's energy efficiency, reliability, safety, and cost-effectiveness reach the level of similar world brands. The Company's current main products include: the 11-meter diesel-electric hybrid bus FDG6111HEVG, the 10-meter gas-electric hybrid bus FDG6100NG-E, the 12-meter clean fuel luxury bus FDG6128, and the 9-meter city bus FDG6910, among others. Among them, FDG6111HEVG has been listed as a Chongqing high-tech product. In addition, the Company attaches great importance to the research and development of new products and new technologies, establishing an electric vehicle R&D center and a hybrid environmentally friendly bus laboratory, dedicated to the development of hybrid buses and pure electric buses. It has now cooperated with Chongqing University of Technology, taking the path of industry-university-research cooperation in the development of new energy buses.
